1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Victory X application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in paid tournaments. Users below this age may participate in free tournaments only with parental consent.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your correct in-game ID for BGMI/Free Fire. Providing incorrect information may lead to disqualification from tournaments without a refund.

4. Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to the principles of fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Cheating: Using any third-party software, hacks, mods, or any form of cheating is forbidden.
Teaming: Collaborating with other players or teams in solo events is not allowed.
Harassment: Abusive language, toxicity, and harassment towards other players or staff will not be tolerated.
Impersonation: You may not impersonate another player or staff member.

Violation of the Code of Conduct can result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without a refund.

5. Tournament Rules

Registration: Players must register for tournaments before the specified deadline and pay any applicable entry fees.
Match Timings: Players must be available at the scheduled match time. Room ID and password will be shared within the app before the match starts.
Disputes: All disputes must be reported with valid proof (screenshots, video recordings). The decision of Victory X administrators will be final.

6. Prizes and Winnings

Prizes are distributed based on the tournament's prize pool and ranking. Winnings will be credited to your in-app wallet or transferred via the method specified in the tournament details. Processing may take up to 48-72 hours after the tournament concludes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service or our community.
